At Digital Hub your privacy is of high priority. This Privacy Policy outlines what information is collected about you, how it is used as well as the guidelines we have in place to ensure the protection of your information. Within this policy "we" and "us" mean Digital Hub and "you" or "your" means you the customer, "Products" or "Services" means any products or services that we are to supply to the Customer.
Information Collected
When you pay an invoice or join the mailing list subscription service with Digital Hub we collect personal identifying information from you such as your name, address, telephone number, email address, IP address, credit or debit card information and other bank details. This information is used to process your order and inform you of any changes to your order. We will also occasionally ask you for additional personal information, for consumer research purposes, providing us with this information is optional. Digital Hub will use some of the information collected in the aggregate for marketing and promotional purposes. Occasionally we will monitor visitor traffic, and conduct surveys this allows Digital Hub to improve the functionality of our website, and enhance the visitors experience. IP addresses enable us to do this. We do not link the IP addresses to personal information held by us about you. Digital Hub may also use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server. Digital Hub will use the information you provide for the following purposes:

Sharing Your Information
Digital Hub makes every effort to preserve your privacy, however we may be required to disclose your personal information when required or authorised by applicable law, if ordered or required to do so by a court or governmental authority as appropriate in each jurisdiction, or to ensure that we are in compliance with our legal obligations. Digital Hub may transfer your information to affiliated companies to fill your order. So as to protect your personal information we have in place contractual arrangements with such affiliated companies. Digital Hub restricts access to personal identifiable information. Only employees who need the information in order to complete a job have access to it. These employees are limited in number and are committed to our privacy policies. Aggregate statistics about our customers and related site information may be passed on to outside organisation, these statistics shall not include personal information regarding our customers.
Internet Payments
Digital Hub gives you the option to pay an invoice by Visa or Mastercard via PayPal™. Digital Hub is committed to keeping your personal information secure this is why we chose to use PayPal™. PayPal™ automatically encrypts your confidential information using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol with an encryption key length of 128 bits (the highest level commercially available). However neither Digital Hub nor PayPal™ can completely guarantee that the encryption technology will operate as intended or that a third party will not be able to access such information.
Cookies
A Cookie is a small file that may be stored by your browser on the hard drive of your computer. Cookies are used by us to keep track of visits made to our web site; cookies are used as a method of tailoring our web site to your interests. Cookies tell us when you have revisited our site; it does not tell us any personal information about you, enabling us to compile aggregate information about our visitors.
